65th EXHIBITION OF GRUPPO LABRONICO Grand opening on Friday 4th December at 6.30 p.m.

From 4 December 2015 to 10 January 2016 the Piaggio Museum at Pontedera hosts the 65th exhibition of the Gruppo Labronico (the ancient association of artists and art enthusiasts founded in 1920 in Leghorn). This exhibition shows the works of artists who give a historical continuity to this famous Group from Leghorn with their autonomous artistic depiction. In the Piaggio Museum’s exhibition area 34 artists show a total of 63 works, including paintings and sculptures. The artists involved are: Enrico Bacci, Maurizio Bini, Franco Bonsignori, Stefano Bottosso, Adastro Brilli, Franco Campana, Stefano Ciaponi, Raffaele De Rosa, Enrico Forapianti, Franco Mauro Franchi, Fabrizio Giorgi, David Giroldini, Hemmes, Massimo Lomi, Fiorenzo Luperini, Nedo Luschi, Giorgio Luxardo, Pier Paolo Macchia, Giovanna Marino, Nilo Galliano Morelli, Roberto Pampana, Rossana Parenti, Piero Pastacaldi, Piera Pieri, Stefano Pilato, Gian Franco Pogni, Ubaldo Sampieri, Antonio Sbrana, Bruno Secchi, Isabella Staino, Piero Tonfoni, Gabriella Ulivieri, Melania Vaiani, Agostino Veroni.

This is the 65th exhibition held by the Gruppo Labronico since 1920, and continues the series of exhibits in prestigious sites such as the 2012 exhibit at Palazzo Mediceo in Seravezza, Granai at Villa Mimbelli (2013), Palazzo Rospigliosi in Zagarolo/Rome in 2014, and Teatro dei Dioscuri at the Quirinal Palace in Rome (in July 2015).
